Optimising talent within a team means identifying and addressing all points of possible disconnect. This course shows team leaders how to address the Generation Gap with sense and sensitivity. It asks the team leaders themselves to take a long hard look at their own generations assumptions and expectations and then explores how these assumptions interact with both older and younger generations to cause barriers to free flowing communication
